An exciting Irish Telecoms company based in Park West are seeking an exceptional Software Developer.

This is a full time role which is an opportunity to develop and manage massively scalable communication systems that connect over 2 million people every month.

This quietly successful company is expanding and has a detailed and ambitious roadmap.

You will be responsible for the design, guidance and implementation of this industry defining product. A hands on, strongly technical person is required and you will be working at massive scale.

Exceptional communication and English skills required as you will be required to work with both technical and non technical teams.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. This is a key skill and must be present. The ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner is a must have skill.

Web Services, HTML, JSON

MVC PHP development

Database Design and Administration

Unix scripting skills with bash

Knowledge of Awk/Sed/grep

Working with REST APIs

Linux Debian / UBUNTU and or CentOS Server.

An interest in functional programming.

Big Couch or Couch DB

Experience with Atlassian software - Jira etc.

Business knowledge of the telco domain.
