Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
* Minimum of 10 years experience in an IT Management role.
* 3-5 years Experience in a CTO role or Senior Management position.
* Have past experience of progressing a company and streamlining all of their IT business processes.
* Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. You will be the face of the IT section of the business and as such will be required to work closely with colleagues, clients and the CEO with who you'll report to directly.
* Provide reports and communicate regularly with the CEO to ensure all technical aspects of the company are running smoothly.
