Product Management Consultant Role:
A Product Management Consultant who will work directly with the product director and developers in a start-up environment building a new platform to service a lifestyle management solution.
Suitable for a candidate with 2-5 year’s relevant professional experience. A great opportunity to join a new team in a start-up environment working in mobile applications and to have exposure and impact on a broad range of subjects. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of critical product and client matters including:
Business analysis on new features or proposed innovations to facilitate value and product direction choices
Conducting detailed research on requirements, competitors or general market research
Writing detailed feature specifications for product components
Writing test cases for feature validation (incl. test automation) Managing the quality of development iterations and conduct robust validation
Participating in product release roll-out for live use
Providing 2nd level expertise to client support channels
Experience:
You will have:
A relevant third level qualification (Business & Finance, Engineering. Computer Science or Mathematics) – 2.1 degree or higher 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
A proven track record in problem solving
Relevant exposure to software solutions
Relevant professional experience in software product development is a plus Knowledge of SQL, XML and Unix preferable Experience with cloud-based solutions a plus
An understanding of User Experience Design methods desirable Intermediate level in standard software packages such as Microsoft Office You should also:
