Collins McNicholas Recruitment and HR Service Group are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruitment Consultant to join their Athlone team.

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from global multinationals to start-up operations. You will be responsible for opening new accounts as well as developing existing clients in line with expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning the sourcing, screening and selection process as well as monitoring its effective implementation and conclusion.
Ensuring the all applications presented to the client adhere to the highest quality standards
Preparing candidates for interview, scheduling interviews and co-ordinating the interview process with both client and candidate.
Business Development activity targeting new and existing clients.
Building a strong passive candidate base and becoming known within this industry in the Midlands.

Requirements:

Previous experience in temporary or permanent recruitment.
Knowledge or experience within the IT Sector
Must possess the confidence and knowledge to conduct and lead client meetings and to present Collins McNicholas to clients.
Proven history of developing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Must be achievement oriented – Have the ability, initiative and drive to achieve and exceed targets.
