Digi Systems, an Irish owned Company distribute their own range of POS Touch Screen Solutions, Retail Scales & Weighing Systems and BackOffice Solutions.
We have an immediate vacancy for a Technical Support person on our busy Customer Support Desk.
The role will involve supporting our customers via phone, online support with various technical issues relating to both system and application. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to enhance products and implement new solutions.
Technically candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (XP/XP EMBEDDED/WIN 7), Networking, Unix and Linux knowledge with broad troubleshooting knowledge.
Previous experience working on a helpdesk although not a requirement would be beneficial.
Candidates should be highly organised and dynamic individuals with the ability to multi-task, supervise, monitor and administer a busy support desk.
Candidates must have a passion for Customer Service and a bright outgoing personality with excellent English speaking skills.
