Job Description Network and Systems Engineer
Enclave Technologies is experiencing rapid growth in the Managed IT and Software Solutions space and currently has a vacancy for a switched on, high energy self starter who is results driven with exceptional customer services skills.
We require a logical thinker with a positive work attitude and ethic; someone who works hard in a team but can use their own initiative and take ownership of problems and deliver results.
This position will be best suited to a knowledge hungry individual who is keen to work with an outstanding technical team.
Responsibilities
· Carry out small infrastructure projects including PC , firewall and Office 365 installations
· Identify, troubleshoot and resolving customer’s technical problems of simple to moderate complexity
· Have the ability to multi-task and resolve high volume of customer issues using remote access software
· Resolve solutions outside of comfort zone using online resources and team lead assistance
· Maintain a positive relationship with customers through strong customer focus
· Ensure operational compliance within industry standards
· Contribute technical content and departmental procedures to the Service Desk knowledge base
· Participate in process improvement opportunities
· Work with our partners to resolve complex network problems
· Deliver customer satisfaction by providing a professional service and swift and accurate resolution to all customer issues

Desired Skills & Experience
Infrastructure
· 3 + years experience in a diverse technology and customer service-focused role
· LAN/WAN Networking experience, switching/routing
· Knowledge of the support and installation of Windows Server 2003/2008, SBS server, Active Directory and MS Exchange 2007/2010/2013 and advantage
· Switching/routing
· Firewalls
· Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems, printers, phones, Smart Phones
· Server side hardware and software experience
· Practical understanding of Core TCP/IP networking and networking protocols
· Knowledge of DNS , Domains, core Web principals
· General knowledge of wireless networking
Education
· Degree or 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
