Software Support Analyst - ERP Systems, SQL

Our client supplies, modifies and supports Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) ERP business software as well as providing an extensive range of Dynamics Nav software add-ons. An opportunity has now arisen for a Software Support Analyst to join their team.
This role would suit a talented software support professional with ERP and SQL experience. For the right candidate this position will provide the ideal stepping stone to becoming a business analyst, implementation consultant, technical consultant or marketing position.
As a Software Support Analyst you will be tasked with supporting a variety of clients in the use of the Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP system.
The position offers a great opportunity for growth within the company. The role also offers the opportunity to move into other departments such as development or sales & marketing depending on the career path chosen.
To be considered for this role, you must have knowledge of ERP business systems and SQL gained within commercial experience with a minimum of 1-2 year's experience.
As a Software Support Analyst you must have excellent verbal and written communications skills coupled with a good attention to detail. You must also be a collaborative team player with excellent problem solving skills.
Although not essential, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav would be a distinct advantage to your application.
