Hudson IT & Telecoms are seeking a Fulfilment Team Leader for a permanent role based in Wexford.
To support and provide positive leadership to the Fulfilment team in Wexford, enabling the team to provide accurate and timely fulfilment of orders to Equifax internal and external customers.
Essential Job Functions
Workflow management
* Manage work distribution tools to ensure SLA's are met
* Be on top of and understand performance of the team at all times
* Predict workload trends (mix and profile) and ensure staffing and skill levels are set appropriately
People management
* Develop skills and abilities of individuals within the team
* Resolution of staff queries
* Develop staff through coaching, performance reviews, identifying training needs and ensuring required training takes place in a timely manner.
Resource management
* Ensure all support & training materials are accurate and up to date.
* Induction process
Problem management
* Understands customer requirements and makes recommendations that best support their needs
* Works efficiently and effectively with colleagues and all Equifax teams across the business to resolve client issues
Process Management
* Identify and implement process improvements
Deputise for Manager
* Stand in for Fulfilment Operations Manager in the management of staff, technology and processes to ensure all Service Level Agreements are fulfilled
* Build effective relationships with other key managers & teams

* General knowledge of all Equifax delivery mechanisms

Experience Requirements
* Proven ability in managing people
