Level 2 Help Desk Engineer
realTime recruitment are currently seeking a talented Level 2 Help Desk Engineer for an position based in South Dublin.
The Role:
Correct issues relating to PCs, Laptops, Printers and standard MS Operating systems by both phone and remote log in
Adhere to client operational procedures
Assist in the administration of Active Directory
Key Skills required:
Microsoft Office Application Support
Good Active Directory
Excellent communication skills essential
Experience working with Citrix would be a big plus
