Retail Integration develop and supply the “meridian” Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) solution. As a result of strong business growth and entry to overseas markets we are currently expanding our team at our base in Dublin 12.
Job Description: This frontline role is a dynamic blend of technical expertise, troubleshooting skills and superior customer service. The role will offer an opportunity to develop into pre-sales/sales and installations as experience develops. The environment is fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative and certainly never boring, this varied roles includes responsibilities such as: - Identify, resolve, log and follow up all client queries - Providing customer care via telephone and remote access support - Training and Installation of our software product - Documentation of user requirements and senior management reporting
Candidate Profile An ideal candidate will have at least 1 years post graduate experience supporting retail or financial software applications. They will also have a range of customer service skills, ability to discuss business solutions, and liaise with technical and non-technical customers. Knowledge SQL or other database products will be an added advantage. Full product training will be given.
General Requisites: Fluent English, both written and spoken. Applicants must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland, hold a Full driving license, have own transport and be able to travel as required throughout Ireland and possibly abroad.
