Product Expert/Trainer

SpeedAuthor Software specialises in document authoring solutions for the B2B market. It is used by busy sales professionals to create sales proposals in response to RFI’s / RFP’s as well as proactive proposals, contracts and other sales communications.

It can integrate with other systems such as Salesforce.com, Sharepoint and Microsoft Word.

SpeedAuthor delivers flexibility in approach and guarantees consistency in document ‘Look & Feel’ and ensures corporate content is always up-to-date.

We are currently looking to recruit a part time / full time product expert / trainer.

The successful candidate will possess –

• a related third level qualification

• be expert in MS Word

• have a good working knowledge of Windows and other Office components

• have previously carried out user training and support

Excellent communication skills are a key requirement together with a diligent and responsible approach and a strong focus on attention to detail.

The role will involve some travel to customer sites. Previous experience of a software product/training environment is essential.
