Our client is currently looking for a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their Infrastructure Team on a long term contract.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands on experience in some of the below technologies:
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Group Policy troubleshooting
- Entra
- Office 365
- MS Teams
- Exchange 2016/2019
- SCCM/MECM client troubleshooting
- Application support
- DNS/DHCP and networking fundamentals
