My client is seeking a junior Technical Support person to join there successful team

Details of the Role :
Logging Calls
Tracking calls through to resolution
Other general administration assignments as requested from time to time

Essential Skills :
Excellent telephone manner
Previous call centre experience
PC Skills Good working knowledge of Windows XP professional
