Technical Integration Consultant

Please call for full details on this role. Our client have an urgent requirement for a canddiate with a strong systems integration background in the payment solutions/card processing arena.

Role: Technical Integration Manager

Purpose of Role The Business Integration Manager is responsible for the effective management of service delivery to client accounts – through the entire business process e.g. from tender/prospecting stage through to end point solution delivery. This will be achieved through the active identification of how our solution can be applied to the customer’s processes and systems. Having a strong background in operational change and integration management, you will be closely involved with the Sales Team in creating a full service solution that meets the payment processing needs of prospective new businesses as well as the evolving needs of existing accounts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities



Taking an active role in sales consultations and propositions along with Key Account Managers/Sales Managers/and other colleagues



Provide coordination as required in relation to the integration of service solutions in conjunction with colleagues/suppliers/partners etc. towards ensuring a seamless end-to-end delivery of services for end user customers



Building, presenting and owning cohesive and specific business cases for all prospective new business from business integration viewpoint



Ensure that resources, capabilities and capacity are in place to meet both existing and new business demand – through having strong relationships with our vendors (e.g. terminal vendors, our operations partners etc.) and third party suppliers



Demonstrating high visibility support in taking an active role in transitioning and implementing new business – through ensuring minimum level of local customisation requirements



Dealing with customer queries in a proactive manner, through understanding their business needs and the technical reliance and operation between our solution and their business



Maintain ongoing dialogue and communication with our customers – ensuring effective translation of first-rate services in line with Service Level Agreements and provision of a focus and full understanding of the customer’s business



Define and refine new business requirements, working closely and proactively with customers in identifying business needs and associated key sales drivers



Ensure the information systems and the review structure for SLA’s and client satisfaction are in place and effectively used at all levels



Ensures robust tools and – where relevant – technological platforms are in place to support customer environment and best service solution



Continuous and demonstrable improvement in productivity metrics towards ongoing overall increased cost effectiveness, efficiencies and value within the business



Ensure that adequate processes are in place to positively drive consistent service quality through rigorous management of change control and acceptance into service/integration procedures



Responsible for conducting appropriate root-cause analysis and corrective and/or preventative action plans are followed through with any learning applied for future benefit and shared with stakeholders as necessary



Create awareness of and ensure internal, external and industry compliance standards are adhered to at all times through use of appropriate solutions and safeguards









Key Requirements



Job holder will have business/IT related qualification, at minimum degree level.
5 + years’ experience in a IT solution/business integration role
Experience of developing and maintaining effective business relationships
Demonstrable success at driving performance and achieving constant growth towards and exceeding business targets
Experience in operating effective time and schedule planning within a specified objective range and assigned area
Keen commercial focus and ability to work in changing environments
Ability to demonstrate service excellence across all levels of the business
Experience in operating within a wider cross functional team, utilising available resources in an effective and timely manner.
