Support Engineer

My client is looking for an application support person to join their growing support team in Dublin.

The person satisfying this role must be technically strong and have the ability to find, debug, track and fix problems coming up during implementations and for live customers.


The issues to be dealt with will be complex and challenging as they will have already been investigated by Level 1/2 Support Teams.

Required skills:

• Confident coder in ASP, Javascript

• Strong database skills in MS SQL2000 & 2005, Oracle and DB2 plus the ability to write complex SQL statements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
