Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:- Admin of Windows 2003 server- Admin of Exchange 2003 server- Support of RIS, Intellimirror- Support Wins XP Clients- Support Symantec Back-up Exec 10d- Support McAffee anti-virus product- Take ownership of ticket escalations to make sure the issue is resolved.- Knowledge of VMWare ESX Server and related virtualisation components is a distinct advantageSite network also includes: Checkpoint NGX firewall, Sharepoint Portal Server 2000, SQL server 2000, cisco call manager and unity messaging.Technical Skills required for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:- Microsoft Windows Active Directory Administration- Microsoft Windows Server Administration- Microsoft Exchange Administration- VMWare ESX server 3.0 desirable- Microsoft Sharepoint Services desirable- MSSQL desirableExperience- min 2+ years working in a similar Helpdesk support roleQualification- Relevant Microsoft Certifications Required.
