Senior Systems Architect \ Engineer

We are currently recruiting for Senior Infrastructure Architect \ Engineer to join the Professional Services Team in Cork, Dublin and Galway

The Professional Services Team is responsible for the delivery of all projects completed on behalf of the company. The team is comprised of highly skilled engineers in Dublin, Cork and Galway delivering expert engineering and consultancy services to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The primary objective of a Senior Infrastructure Architect \ Engineer is to Design, Test and Manage the Implementation of his \ her assigned projects and using their technical expertise ensure successful project completion.

This is a senior position in the Professional Services Team. The position is best suited to an individual who has extensive experience in dealing with large customers in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects.

The typical duties of a Senior Infrastructure Architect will include
Specification and design of Technical solutions for customers
Management of assigned projects
Key account Technical management
Pre Sales visits with account managers for technical input
Installation \ configuration of supported systems
Other duties as assigned from time to time
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role
While an ideal candidate will have all the skills, proficiency in some of the following will be required:

Knowledge of Active Directory 2000/2003
Exchange 5.5/2000/2003
Citrix
Cisco
Firewall technology
Knowledge of Backup Solutions (Backup exec & Arcserve)
SAN \ Blades (HP & IBM)
VMware
