Senior IT Field Service Engineer

You will ideally have between 4 and 10 years IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Field Service Engineer. You will have the ability to take responsibility for some of our key clients. Two main criteria: (a) Personality. - Ability to communicate well with CEO’s and all levels of staff at client sites. - Quickly build rapport and gain client confidence - Interest in learning the client’s business and their pressure-points (b) Technical - Of primary importance is the ability to be a logical thinker - Be able to utilise all tools available to resolve 95% of issues at the first time of asking - Microsoft Windows Server 200/2003 - Active Directory - Exchange Server 2003 - SQL Server 2000 - Firewall/Routers. - WAN configurations - Strong IP skills On successful completion of the probation period, there will be free Heath Cover (currently Bupa), free Life cover (to 8x salary) and free Long-Term disability cover. Pension is available immediately through PRSA. Training is encouraged and provided. Free phone and laptop etc. with the job. Bonuses are available on an annual basis.
