Responsibilities:
• To lead and Deliver large multi stream Business and IT Transformation Programmes
• Assist in selling of Transformation Programmes
• Assist in building market profile in this area – conferences / articles / direct marketing
• Sales support to Account / Industry managers
• Project Leadership
• Capable marketing and selling Programme Management offerings to new customers
• To mentor and develop internal Project capability into Programme Management competence
• Management (P&L) responsibility for budgets in from €1m to, in excess of €100m
• Leadership of in excess of 100 consultants on programmes depending on experience (IT & Business Consultants)
• Management of Third Party vendors
• Management of Client facing relationship

Key Skills/Knowledge:
• Extensive post graduation business experience. Mostly in a project / consultancy. However exceptional candidates with primarily industry background will be considered
• Credible and able to influence Director level clients
• Deep knowledge and experience of Programme Management and Delivery
• Strong Budget and Operational management expertise
• Stakeholder Management Skills/experience
• Deep understanding Business transformation principles
• Commercial acumen and business development skills
• Extensive knowledge of IT enabled change and benefits delivery
• Man management and Leadership Skills
• Programme/Project management qualification(s) highly desirable
• Sector experience – Financial services/ Telecoms/ Manufacturing/ Retail/ Utilities
• Experience SAP/Oracle Change Programmes/Infrastructure/ BPO and Shared Service

Base location: This position will be based out of the Dublin office with extensive European travel.
