Oracle Team Lead

Oracle Team Lead opportunity available with Top Consultancy Company based in Dublin.
The team has 6 consultants, and provides support to 15 clients, using a broad range of technologies (predominantly Oracle-based). The Team lead is responsible for mentoring other team members, managing the team’s workload, liaising with customers, prioritisation & planning. It is anticipated that technical responsibilities will take up approximately 70-80% of your time, with team lead activities taking up the rest. The Team Lead will report to the Head of our Managed Services Division.
Essential Skills:
Excellent Oracle skills (one or more of DBA, eBusiness, Oracle Developer etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Time Management
Experience working as in a Team Leading role in a technical environment.
Good problem solver
Desirable Skills
Experience supporting other databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL etc.)
Experience working in a consulting environment

Education Required
IT-related degree preferred
Additional certifications an advantage (e.g. OCP).
