Online Gaming Customer Support Agents

We are currently looking for a number of German & English Speaking Customer Service Agents to Support Online Gamers

Duties:
E-mail/Online Support
Support online gamers with the use of game tools and email
Use your knowledge to enhance the gaming experience, as well as educating gamers on how to get the best from their experience.
Requirements:

6months+ experience in a customer service role.
Previous experience in the gaming industry and a keen interest in online gaming is a distinct advantage
Good knowledge of videogames in general.
Fluent German or English Speakers
