You will manage a team of 3 staff. You will take over responsibility for the following;Support & maintenance of all systems.Responsibility for management of contracts with all external vendors. All process Management.B2B customer support and communications.Platform Change Management, Platform Monitoring, and Metrics Gathering & Recording.
