OPERATIONS MANAGER

My client was founded in 2000 and specializes in the development and management of its mobile platform and applications. They are ranked Number 2 in the 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Ireland.
They are currently looking to hire an Operations Manager who will report directly to the CTO. You will manage a team of 3 staff.
You will take over responsibility for the following;
Support & maintenance of all systems.
Responsibility for management of contracts with all external vendors.
All process Management.
B2B customer support and communications.
Platform Change Management, Platform Monitoring, and Metrics Gathering & Recording.
Running weekly Operations Meetings.

The Technical Environment consists of the Following;
MS SQL Server
Windows Server & Domain Environment
Cisco PIX Firewalls & Content Switches
HP EVA SAN Solutions
Java Application Environment
IVR Platforms (Envox, C3)
You will be extremely customer & service focused
Genuinely dynamic with an ability to influence people at all levels in the company
Organised, Committed, Technical Competent & Savvy
Good ability to prioritise and manage expectations under pressure
Ideally have Telecoms Industry Experience
Ideally have worked in a messaging or any high volume transactional billing environment
Mobile Content/mobile web space
24/7 e-retail/commerce.
