Founders Ian Chapman and Brian Waldram, having left the teaching profession to develop the company, started building a range of flexible, self-teach open learning guides for their growing client base.
Over the last two decades CiA Training's product portfolio has expanded immensely to include qualification and application based training materials. The software development division of the business has now diversified to include course customisation software and innovative interactive simulations.
