IT Project Manager Development

Our client has an immediate opening for a Project Manager in their Dublin office. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will play a key role in the ongoing development of their on-premise and on-demand CRM products.

The Project Manager will manage the delivery of all major product releases working across our Product Mgmt , Development, and QA Teams

Take ownership of the planning and execution of projects from an end to end perspective (initial conception to delivery to client) to ensure successful delivery (on-time, on-quality, on-budget)

• Drives the development and execution of projects by working with teams to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.

• Manages and tracks all aspects of the project execution including: establishment, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting.

• Facilitates and manages resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.

• Ensures consistency and adherence to company standards, processes, and policies for all projects

• Proactively manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.

• Plan internal and external communication, distributes information as necessary, and provides status reporting to the Global CRM PMO.

• 10 years commercial experience, at least 4 in a dedicated Project mgmt role

• Strong technical ability. Have a strong multi-disciplinary background in SW Development. Can work effectively with all functions including Developers, Product Mgmt, and Quality Assurance.

• An excellent track record in software project delivery

• A sound understanding / appreciation of web based applications.
