IT Analyst / Oracle Analyst

My Client is seeking to recruit an IT Analyst for maternity cover who will work as part of a development team delivering projects for the community related to the administrative and management systems.
The core competencies required are as follows:
Mandatory:
Experience of development in at least one of the following technologies – PL/SQL, Java, Javascript, HTML, Oracle Forms or Oracle Application Express.
Strong knowledge of SQL
Delivery of technical solutions to meet the needs of business
Experience in working as part of a IT project team
Experience in troubleshooting and problem solving in relation to software applications
Good written and oral communication skills

Desirable
Experience in a similar type environment
Experience of our administrative applications – in particular Banner, Core and eFinancials
3rd level qualification in IT or equivalent
Experience in preparing user and/or technical documentation for all stages of systems development
Experience of user interface design
Ability to act on own initiative
Good time management skills
