Helpdesk/ Technical Support Role Live Salary circa 32K + €2K shift AllowanceEngineers required to support my clients customer base remotely from their call centre in Dublin. The successful candidate will requireVery good working knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003, Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5/2000 & 2003, Active Directory, ISA/Proxy, Backup Solutions (Backup exec or Arcserve), Anti Virus solutions, Mail filtering systems such as WebSense & Surfcontrol & general network troubleshooting skills. Very good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and other network related protocols is essential.You will hold some or all of the following accreditations: · MCSE NT 4.0 & MCSE/MCSA 2000 or 2003. Cisco CCNA accreditation.
