Fantastic opportunity working as a Snr Call/Contact Centre Technology Specialist with an IT and business consulting enterprise within a leading Irish ICT industry branded organization.First and foremost, you must be a contact centre technical expert with an extensive background designing and advising on IP Contact Centre Solutions (Cisco/Avaya).You will have seasoned experience in defining Customer Contact centre technology strategy and decision making.With at least 5 – 8 years market industry experience, or experience in a consultancy or client-led environment you will be responsible for assessing and understanding customers’ contact centre business requirements, translating them into optimum solution strategies and architectures, and articulating the business benefits and case for investment.As well as being the “Contact Centre” expert and advisor you will be required to architect the technical solution, from scoping the requirements to consulting on delivery, as well as communicating complex technology solutions to senior business stakeholders, from CTO and CIO downwards.
