My client is a hugely successful company based in South Dublin. They are currently looking to hire a Commercial manager. The ideal candidate for this position will be an ambitious, energetic, focused and well organised professional to join a fast growing, dynamic company.This person will be responsible for researching and generating additional revenue streams for the company through optimising existing business channels, expanding the offering to new markets and introducing new products and services with a view to diversification from traditional channels.The ideal candidate will be a self starter who has 5+ years experience in a Business Development environment and who can demonstrate success in these roles.Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:• Achieve sales and revenue targets• Formulation of Business Development strategy• Identifying, developing and acquiring new business opportunities• Research prospective business clients• Analysing and matching solutions to customer requirements.• Developing a strong and positive business relationship with clients• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge in order to qualify every opportunity• Focus on and meet pre-defined KPI’s – revenue targets.• Reporting and presenting to the senior management team on a weekly basis• Preparation of all Sales presentations and responses to tenders Key accountabilities: Business Development for the Company Candidates must have a degree in a Business related discipline and you will ideally possess the following attributes:• A proven track record for exceeding targets - A minimum of 5 years Sales experience• Ability to engage at board level within your own organisation.• A ability to negotiate and influence and the ability to persuade at management level.• Strong analytical skills and business acumenFor further details on this exciting and unique opportunity within the current market please contact mary.kelly@e-frontiers.ie or call 086-8469008.
