C++ Software Developer

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Product Development Manager, & will form part of the product development team.



Responsibilities will include

The completion of research, analysis, design, coding and testing tasks to contribute to the development of products as well as coaching Developers and Junior Developers and reviewing their work.

Complete application design, code, unit test and integration test tasks to departmental standards within the necessary timescales

Instigate code and documentation reviews

Coach/Mentor Developers, Junior Developers

Provide resource estimate and work schedules for tasks allocated

Advise Team Lead on task progress

Continually seek to improve upon existing products and procedures

Organise work priorities and time management effectively

Successfully complete other tasks as required





Experience Required

2+ years Windows API Programming experience
2+ years experience Programming C++
Experience of Agile Development is an advantage
Experience of Object Oriented analysis/design is an advantage
