Business Process Analyst

My client has a requirement for a Business Process Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is an unrivalled opportunity with a successful and dynamic company offering an excellent career path.

Responsibilities include:
Full project life cycle involvement
Engaging with clients to understand their processes and demonstrate skills and expertise in process redesign.
Facilitate workshops/interviews
Documentation & presentation to clients
Requirements gathering
Identify opportunities for improving processes
Working with the Company’s technical specialists on solution design/functional design
Configuration of business & process modelling elements of the solution using the Company’s product set.
Support client’s testing of solution and smooth transition into production
Ensuring any business solution related project issues are resolved in a timely manner
Training of solution for our client’s trainers/testers

The successful candidate will have 4 years + experience in a systems/business analysis role and will ideally have financial services experience.
