Business Information Analysts

A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for Business Information Analyst - junior, mid-level and senior - with a leading financial services organisation.

These roles will include some of the following responsibilities:

• Provide business intelligence and MIS support to key business areas on strategic enterprise-wide projects.
• Ensure all information analysis services are deployed in line with data governance principles and procedures.
• Work closely with both the Business and IT communities to define new or enhanced business requirements.
• Manage relationships to deliver business change that meets the customer needs.
• Provide leadership and coaching for other information analysts through focusing on knowledge sharing, skills development and fostering of strong team spirit.
The Person
Ideally, you will be a successful professional with between 1-5 years relevant experience.
Key skills will include:

· Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Relational Database Design.
· Proficient in the use of Teradata SQL, Brio, MS Access and OLAP Technology.
· Ability to interpret business requirements and document appropriately e.g. business, functional, technical and testing specifications, to satisfy regulatory requirements.
· A self-starter using initiative, providing leadership and working well within a project team;
· Documentation of findings using standards and methodologies;
· Providing expert advice on data & metric analysis;
· Facilitating workshops, supporting team members and providing information to business management;
