One of Ireland's leading Insurance companies is looking for a Business Analyst to join their very successful project team and work on some very exciting and cutting edge projects. This is a very dynamic global company offering fantastic benefits and bonuses, further training and development and an opportunity to travel to Europe oversee current projects and meet with their valued clients.

As a Business Analyst you will face off the business in gathering and understanding all business requirements relevant to the project. You will be the main liaison between the business and IT.

Some of the main responsibilities
• Responsibility for all aspects of Business Analysis during SDLC including requirements gathering, system specifications, design, development, test and implementation.
• Creation and management of documentation during all phases mentioned above.
• Significant communication and relationship building with business community in multiple regions
• Conducting training courses to key users of the system
• Travelling to customer and vendor sites when necessary to support key project phases.
• The ideal candidate should have between 2-5years experience working as a business analyst preferably working in a financial services environment.
• Previous Insurance/FS industry experience seen as favourable
