Application Support role

My client is looking for a strong application support person to join their successful team in Dublin.

The successful person must be technically strong and have the ability to find, debug, track and fix problems coming up during implementations and for live customers.


The issues to be dealt with will be complex and challenging as they will have already been investigated by Level 1/2 Support Teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience in application support ideally to level 3.



Essential skills

Operating Systems - Windows 2000, 2003 XP
Office Products - Outlook 2000, 2002 2003, 2007



Internet Technologies

Javascript
ASp




Database Skills

Strong database skills in MS SQL 2000 & 2005 Salary for this role is coming in at Circa 45k D.O.E.
